  • You have a natural flair for PR, are able to work collaboratively with journalists and influencers and push for new ways to profile your clients.

  • You are a digital native, knowing that social media and digital reach is at the core of every great campaign.

  • You are an exceptional copywriter with an eye for grammar and the perfect piece of prose.

  • You can work a room, or Zoom, alongside your colleagues and clients. You would thrive when entering and winning awards for your brands and managing their live events and exhibitions. . 

  • You are interested and inquisitive about technology and how it might enhance everyday life.

  • You can work between B2B and B2C campaigns, able to understand and deliver to both audiences, and will thrive in specialist sectors.

  • You are keen to travel the world to work with pioneering industry brands.

Essential skills and must haves

This role is in the Technology Team at Plaster and would suit a fast learner, interested in technical subjects and happy to communicate across global markets. Our clients like being a step ahead of the pack and we work shoulder to shoulder with them. 

A huge part of our current and potential portfolio is in the Audio Visual and Collaboration industry and you’ll need to be passionate about this fast paced world. We can teach you everything you need to know, but we’re looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the table, forge new relationships and keep our clients ahead of the game. 

  • Personal and professional drive to deliver outstanding achievements for our team and clients

  • At least 3 years relevant experience  (ready to step into SAM?)

  • First-rate copy skills and ability to understand content creation across all comms channels 

  • Ability to adapt and deliver under pressure 

  • Ability to form collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues and specialist media

  • A desire to learn, develop and contribute to a growing company
