We’re on the hunt for a top drawer Account Manager to join our killer team and bring a bunch of magic to our portfolio of culture accounts, including Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, Love Saves The Day, Propyard, English Riviera Airshow, Bristol Beacon and many, many more. If you LOVE culture, dare to be different, thrive off digital and are a mega team player then this could be a perfect match.
Who are we?
We’re Plaster. We love local and work on some of the best brands in our home city, but we also work nationally and internationally on some super duper projects. We also love a long-term relationship and you’ll be working with clients we’ve known for a decade and others we met just yesterday. We’re a fully integrated team of marketing all-rounders, PR and social pros, designers and multimedia content creators, delivering strategic communications.
Who are you?
In a nutshell, you’re a superstar. We don’t ask for much. You’ll be the lead on the day-to-day management of our fast-paced culture clients, with a focus on arts, festivals, venues and community projects.

You like to play for the A team - You enjoy mentoring and managing junior team members as well as supporting senior leads to work as a team to be reckoned with

You have a shiny CAN-DO attitude - You’re big on finding solutions rather than problems
You like to make friends - Media, clients, influencers, stakeholders, shareholders and next door neighbours. Networking but make it cool right? So you can be your best self and live your best life with everyone, delivering exceptional results in the process
You love the HUSTLE - You love the buzz of new business and getting involved in the creative process that comes with it - all the while thinking about how best to drive bottom line commercial results for both potential as well as long-established clients

Essential skills and must haves
Our clients like to be a step ahead of the pack and we work shoulder to shoulder with them. As such, we need you to have:
Personal and professional drive to deliver outstanding achievements for our team and clients
At least two years relevant experience as AM, stepping into SAM
First-rate copy skills and ability to understand content creation across all comms channels
Ability to adapt and deliver under pressure
Ability to form collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues and specialist media
A desire to learn, develop and contribute to a growing company
