HR Administrator

Our team of sector specialists, grafters, creatives and larger than life personalities is growing and we want someone who inspires, leads and is professionally invested in their team. 

You’ll be working with our People & Culture Director to manage the existing team and looking for future recruits as we continue to grow and develop as a business. 

The role is part time spread across the week to make sure you support the team each step of the way, allowing you to have greater flexibility should you require.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & MUST HAVE TRAITS: 

  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills 

  • Pragmatic working style, a details demon

  • Take pride in delivering your work & pushing your own professional development 

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full HR offering across the company alongside P&CD and FB 

  • Facilitate the entire recruitment life cycle, from editing job descriptions and posting vacancies to managing candidate applications and coordinating interviews

  • Work closely with the Operations team to deliver top class onboarding 

  • Understanding industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR  to elevate internal processes

  • Growing the recruitment network and Plaster brand alongside P&CDJ

Contract: 22.5 hrs a wk (Across the week)

Salary: 25k - 28k (DOE)
